Awesome Pyramid Workout

I did this workout on the weekend and really felt my glutes, inner thighs and core the next day! Love it :) It's quick, fun and effective.

You will need a skipping rope (or imaginary one) and kettlebell or dumbell and a timer.

Workout Breakdown

5 min warm up of your choice

10 reps of 3 exercises (you'll see in the video) then 1 min skipping

12 reps of 3 exercises then 1:30 min skipping

14 reps of exercises the 2:00 min skipping

12 reps then 1:30 skip

10 reps then 1 min skip

Cool down and stretch

Boom done!
